The Royal Court's Young Writers Festival is an eight-week presentation of at least ten new plays giving first time writers the chance to see their play professionally produced. It attracts the support and involvement of some of the theatre industry's leading practitioners such as: Kathy Burke, Max Stafford Clark, Hanif Kureishi, Meera Syal, and Richard Wilson.
