24 degrees taking the temperature of modern Britain. Are you an undiscovered talent? Have you got a story waiting to be heard? A vision waiting to be seen?
BBC writersroom and the Royal Court Theatre are looking for the next generation of talented new writers for a nationwide project, taking the temperature of the UK today ­ 6 cities, 6 months, 24 voices.

Selected writers will be given a £500 bursary and mentors from theatre and the BBC to develop their work. Development will include two short residential sessions in June and October.
